St Davids Hotel & Spa
Situated on the waterfront of Cardiff Bay, The St. David’s Hotel & Spa is a striking Cardiff landmark. Dynamic and contemporary in style, the building incorporates a glass-backed atrium from floor to ceiling, giving a vision of space and natural light.
The hotel provides the highest levels of service, the ultimate in comfort, leisure and cuisine. It also provides extensive conference and meeting facilities.
Just five minutes from the centre of Cardiff by car, St David’s Hotel & Spa is adjacent to Mermaid Quay with a wide range of restaurants, bars and entertainment including The Wales Millennium Centre, home of the Welsh National Opera and an international arts complex.
Wales’ first 5-Star hotel and voted one of Condè Nast’s “Top 20 Coolest Hotels of the World”… It is easy to see why when you see the ultra sleek building standing boldly on a small peninsula by Cardiff Bay with its daring rooftop sail design, affording guests stunning views across the bay towards Penarth. Whilst I haven’t actually stayed here, I do know that most celebrities that visit Cardiff choose to stay here and prices are quite reasonable for a 5-Star hotel.
One of the major drawcards of this hotel is the fact that it has one of the premier Spas in the UK and one of the only hotels in the World to offer Ayurvedic specialist treatments. Another major drawcard is the stunning setting of the hotel’s ‘Tides’ restaurant with its fabulous views
